8 week Mindfulness Self Compassion Course

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, repeating until 24th February 2020
This 8 week course is for anyone who wishes to explore themes in a nurturing way using meditations, group discussions and exercises.
Motivating ourselves, handling criticism, improving relationships and developing self compassion.
